What we collect
Your account details (name and email), the photos you bring into the app, the looks and clips generated from them, the stylist's consultations and look checks of them, the social accounts you connect and the posts you write, and your answers about sharing your data.
Your photos
A photo you pick is uploaded to our storage. It goes to our image provider, fal.ai, to make the looks you ask for and, only when you ask the stylist, to the model described under The stylist. It is not used to train anything. Otherwise it leaves the app only when you choose — saving a look to your photo library, or posting it to an account you connected.
The stylist
When you ask the stylist for a consultation on a photo or to say how a look suits you, the photo and anything you write go through OpenRouter to the model you chose in Settings — Google's Gemini, OpenAI's GPT or Anthropic's Claude — and only to providers that don't train on what they're sent. It reads your hair, colouring and face shape to suggest looks, and is told never to guess anything else about you. Its consultations and look checks are kept with your looks. Deleting a look deletes every consultation and look check that includes it, and deleting your account deletes them all. Deleting a photo doesn't, so delete those in the stylist's history — you can delete any of them yourself. What people do with its recommendations — how often a style was tried or kept — is counted without anything that identifies you, so its recommendations improve.
Asking first
Before anything of yours reaches another company, the app names each one, says what it receives and why, and asks. Your answer is kept on your account, so it holds on every device, and you can withdraw it in Settings. If the list of companies changes, we ask again.
Posting
A social account you connect is held by Zernio, which posts for us. A post — its text and the looks or photos you chose — goes to Zernio and to each network you picked. Disconnecting an account removes it from Zernio.
How your content is used
Your photos, looks and clips exist so the app can show them back to you. We don't sell your data, show ads, or use your images to train anything. A generated picture that a safety check flags is never stored or shown.
Reporting a result
If you report a result, we receive it with its prompt, the model that made it and your note, so a person can review it.
Where things live
Your gallery is stored on our servers so it follows your account across devices.
Purchases
Payments go through Apple. We never see your payment details — Apple tells us a purchase happened so we can credit your account.
Service providers
We use fal.ai to generate images and video, OpenRouter with Google, OpenAI and Anthropic to read photos for the stylist, Zernio to post to the accounts you connect, Apple to process purchases and sign you in, and cloud providers to store your data and send email. They process your content only to provide the service.
Deleting your data
Deleting a look removes it from your gallery. Deleting your account removes your photos, looks, clips and the stylist's consultations and look checks, disconnects your social accounts and cancels any post still scheduled, erases your notifications and data-sharing answers, and revokes Sign in with Apple. Records of what you paid are kept for accounting, with nothing linking them to you. A subscription bought in the App Store is cancelled in your Apple Account.
